Weather permitting, AAM will fly one or more of the planes in their hangar: a Douglas C-47B Skytrain Transport; Grumman TBM Avenger Torpedo Bomber; North American P-51D Mustang; Curtiss P-40M Warhawk “Flying Tiger;” North American AT-6D Texan Trainers, and red WACO UPF-7 Biplane. Visitors can watch as these iconic aircraft start their engines, taxi to the runway and take to the sky over Long Island.
