New York State Police said they have charged a Copiague man with 10 counts of child pornography possession.

Investigators with the Troop L computer crimes unit discovered “child sex abuse material” on the phone of Jeffrey C. Buffalino, 33, according to a state police news release Friday.

Buffalino is scheduled to appear in Suffolk County First District Court on April 17 at 9 a.m., state police said.
