Lawyers representing plaintiffs challenging Nassau County Executive Bruce Blakeman's armed provisional deputies program released a list of approved volunteers on Thursday.

The plaintiffs, Democratic Nassau County Legis. Debra Mulé and Scott Davis, contend that Blakeman's program is illegal because it did not get approval from the legislature. Mulé and Davis are suing the Blakeman administration in their capacity as private residents.

It's unclear who vetted the applicants, who must be U.S. citizens residing or having a business in Nassau County and between the ages of 21 and 72. Blakeman previously told Newsday the volunteers are "qualified and trained individuals who would be willing to step up to the plate and volunteer their time to protect our communities."

Below is a list of names and work history of the graduates, as presented in files uploaded to the New York State Courts Electronic Filing system.
