A 17-year-old was shot and wounded, school buses were lit on fire and police made 63 arrests as "tens of thousands" of fans stormed the streets north of Madison Square Garden during and after the Knicks title-clinching win Saturday night, according to the NYPD.

About 2 a.m. on Sunday, an unidentified teen was shot in the foot at 43rd Street and Broadway, police said. Officers transported him to Bellevue Hospital in a police vehicle, as crowds in the road blocked an ambulance from moving through.

The NYPD said officers recovered a gun and arrested three suspects in the shooting.

Throughout the night, four others were slashed or stabbed, according to the police.

One NYPD officer was punched in the face, another was struck with a glass bottle and eight more suffered unspecified injuries, the police said.

Officers arrested 63 people on charges including disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, damaging property, gun possession and assaulting a police officer.

Five school buses were either lit on fire or clubbed with baseball bats as revelers overtook the vehicles and pranced on the roofs, police said. The school buses were there to take people from Manhattan to MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford for the World Cup games.

Five NYPD cars were "badly damaged," police said, as people used baseball bats to shatter patrol car windows. Several personal vehicles in the area were also damaged, police said.
